Guide for Investors
Please find a Guide for Investors presenting a description of the procedures and activities of the investment process carried out in the City Hall of Dąbrowa Górnicza.
The guide is supplemented by a reference in its content to the so-called information sheets of the Departments of the City Hall of Dąbrowa Górnicza involved in the investment process, available in the “How to Proceed” tab on the Office’s website.
These information sheets contain basic information related to the matters to be handled, in particular: applicable regulations, required documents, relevant organisational units, place of submission and receipt of documents, and deadline for responding to the case.
The guide defines the most important stages of the investment process resulting from the provisions of law and the frequency of occurrence in the City Hall in Dąbrowa Górnicza, relevant for the potential investor. In addition, the appendices include information on
- disposal of real property through a tender,
- acquisition of real property by foreigners, departments and offices of the Office involved in the investment process.
