Benefits of choosing our city
Why Dąbrowa Górnicza
Dąbrowa Górnicza is an important centre within the Upper Silesian conurbation, which embraces the fourteen cities of the Silesian Province (the most urbanized area of Poland - the provincial capital being Katowice). Dąbrowa Górnicza has the advantage of an exceptionally good location in the south of Poland, providing easy access to existing markets in Poland, and in North Moravia, in the Czech Republic.

Dąbrowa Górnicza is the largest city of the Upper Silesian Province, in terms of surface area (189km2), and the ninth city in Poland, in terms of size. Currently, there are about 128,000 people living in Dąbrowa. The city encompasses the area from Czarna Przemsza to the central part of the Błędowska Desert. The city centre is strongly urbanized: in addition to residential buildings, there are also numerous public utilities buildings. Investors have on offer investment lands totalling over 300ha, in all parts of the city. We are anticipating most offers to concern creative city centre projects, since the city has been preparing for the regeneration of its city centre..

Dąbrowa Górnicza, having such attractive investment property and such a broad-based staff resource at its disposal, offers enormous prospects for the development of business activities. The city will give priority to those offers that support business activation, investments based on modern, environment-friendly technologies and innovative initiatives in the sphere of recreation and tourism.
